Pooled Property Funds quarterly HSBC Investments (UK) Limited

Pooled Property Funds is published quarterly by HSBC Investments (UK) Limited. As at 30 June 2007, it provided information on 75 balanced and specialist unlisted pooled property vehicles whose portfolios were located primarily in the UK and which had gross assets totalling some £65.6bn. It includes background notes and summary tables of, for example, investment returns, distribution yields, portfolio weightings by type of property, gearing ratios, void levels and the contributions of major tenants to rental income.The document extends to some 650 pages per quarter and is available to professional investors on a subscription basis at a cost of £450 per annum, or £250 for a single copy. It is intended for professional use only and is not available to, or for onward distribution to, private investors.
